Returns
Continental US - Not happy with your GuitarGrip? Let us know within 15 days of receiving your order and we'll email you a return label. Once the product is received by us in new condition we'll refund in full, minus the original shipping costs paid by customer. Orders over $300 are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Outstanding customer service
I was disappointed in this item as color visual and description were different from product received, but I would be remiss if I did not circle back and give the company a 5 star review for the outstanding customer service. Guitar Grips contacted me and had already fully refunded my purchase. I was not going to ask for a refund, I know color matching images to life can vary widely, but they simply did it as a point of really wanting satisfied customers. I own 28 guitar grips and they are an amazing product. Know I know the ethos of the company. They certainly have my business for future purchases. A very rare quality in the American market of the 2020’s. Outstanding work Guitar Grips!!!! A customer for life!!
