SHIPPING POLICIES

When do I get my order?

All orders are shipped from our shop, aka "The Hut" in Plymouth, MI.

Our products are designed and manufactured by us. We try our best to have inventory stocked, however, everything is handmade and it could take up to 10 business days to produce your order. We promise we'll do our best to provide you with a high quality product as quickly as possible. 

We use USPS or UPS to ship your order. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped. Once shipped, allow 2-4 business days to receive your order.

International orders, once shipped, typically take 7-10 business days to receive.

International Shipping and Customs

To ensure proper tracking information, we use UPS and DHL for all international orders.

International orders may incur additional Customs, Duty, Tax, and/or Brokerage fees. Customer assumes all responsibility for these added costs. We have no control over what each country or delivery service charges. Please check with your countries import laws to estimate any added fees that may or may not incur.

APO/FPO Orders

Yes, you can ship to an APO/FPO. However, economy shipping is the only option that can deliver to these locations.  

Please be aware of extended delivery times to APO/FPO addresses.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $75. The cost will automatically be discounted upon checkout.

Free shipping does not apply to international orders at this time.

Returns and Cancelations

If you're not happy with your purchase return your order within 15 days of receiving it. Send order to GuitarGrip 743 Wing. St Plymouth, MI. 48170

Returns must be received in "new" condition, including all hardware. Please allow up to 7 days to process your refund. Shipping for returns, other then damage, will be covered by the customer.

REPLACEMENTS

If your order arrived defective or damaged please contact us at info@guitargrip.com and we will send a replacement at no cost. If the item is damaged we may ask you to hold on to the item for pickup by UPS or USPS. This way we can file a proper damage complaint. If the item is defective, we will ship you out a replacement and email you a return label for the defective item.

If you would like to exchange your order for a different item, send the original order to GuitarGrip 743 Wing St. Plymouth, MI. 48170. Make sure you email us at info@guitargrip.com and inform us of the order number and replacement item you would like. We do not cover the shipping cost of exchanged items. Items must be received in "new" condition.
