Shipping policy

 

All GuitarGrip hangers are designed and manufactured in the USA in our shop in Michigan. We try our best to have inventory stocked, however, it could take up to 7 - 10 business days to complete your order. We promise we'll do our best to provide you with a high quality product as quickly as possible. 

We use UPS & USPS for domestic orders and FedEx Connect Plus for all international orders, unless otherwise selected by customer at checkout. 

United Kingdom - If you're located in the UK and have selected the United Kingdom in our "country selector" or "country pop-up" than you're viewing pricing in "GBP". In this case, the pricing you see includes VAT. UK orders are shipped DDP using FedEx or other international shipper of our choice. All Duty, Customs & Tax is paid by GuitarGrip. The customer is not required to pay additional fees upon delivery.  

EU Countries - If you are located within the EU and have selected your respective country in our "country selector" or "country pop-up" than you're viewing pricing in "Euros". In this case, the pricing you see includes VAT. EU orders are shipped DDP using FedEx or other international shipper of our choice. All Duty, Customs & Tax is paid by GuitarGrip. The customer is not required to pay additional fees upon delivery. 

International Orders in countries other than the United Kingdom or EU may incur added customs duty and tax fees upon delivery. Please check your country's local duty and tax rates to estimate added fees. These additional fees are not covered by GuitarGrip and will be the responsibility of the customer. 

USPS Priority Shipping - USPS usually delivers within 3- 5 business days after taking possession of the package, depending on your proximity to our location in Livonia, MI.

UPS Ground Shipping - UPS usually delivers within 3 - 5  business days after taking possession of the package, depending on your proximity to our location in Livonia, MI. 

International Shipping - times are given at checkout and usually range from 7-10 business days once shipped. 

We ship to the USA and most other countries. Currently the only countries we do not ship to are the following; Bangladesh, Cambodia, China, India, Laos, Macao SAR China, South Korea, Vietnam.
