Please Note - Every GuitarGrip is "hand"made in the USA with meticulous attention to quality and detail. While most models are in stock, orders can take 5-7 days to ship depending on demand. All orders are manufactured at and ship from our shop in Michigan.

Grip models in stock will ship same day for orders placed before 2pm EST and next day for orders placed after 2pm EST. Express shipping options apply once your order is complete.

Updates regarding your order, including order confirmation, order status and tracking information will be sent to the email your order was placed under (check spam).

Domestic Orders Continental USA

We offer $9 USPS & UPS flat rate shipping on all orders between $15 - $150. At checkout you'll have other options to choose from, some may be cheaper depending on your location.

A "Free Shipping" option is offered on all orders $150 and Up. This must be chosen at checkout. This is standard 3-5 day shipping, depending on your location.

Standard shipping rates apply to all items under $15.

Orders using P.O. Box or Military APO addresses will be shipped via USPS only.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

While shopping, please choose the Destination Country from our country selector for optimal shopping experience.

To avoid delays, include your phone number and email during check out.

Orders to the UK, IRELAND, EU & Canada are shipped DDP (delivered duty paid) via FedEx International. You will not be charged additional tax or duty when receiving your order.

UK - Pricing shown in GBP includes VAT & Duties. Shipping calculated at checkout.

EU - Pricing shown in Euros includes VAT & DUTIES. Shipping calculated at checkout.

Canada - Pricing shown in CAD includes Tax & Duties. Shipping calculated at checkout.

All other International Orders ship DDU (delivered duty unpaid). Additional Tax, Duty and Custom fees may apply.

SHIPPING PROMOTIONS

Please note, if there are any special shipping offers available, the offers only apply to orders shipping to a continental USA destination and may not apply to all items.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

The customer is responsible for providing a correct, complete and safe to ship to shipping address when you place your order. GuitarGrip is not able to modify, reroute or cancel orders once shipped.  Please verify you entered the complete shipping address including the unit number and reachable phone number or email when completing checkout. GuitarGrip is not responsible for the package once the carrier has delivered and provided proof of delivery.  Please make sure you plan accordingly.

There is a $15 restocking fee for undeliverable or refused orders. If your order is returned due to it being undeliverable or refused, your order will be cancelled and refunded your order total minus the $15 restocking fee. If your order is under $15, a refund will not be issued. Orders over $300 will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Custom Orders that are returned due to not being deliverable or refused will not be refunded. If an improper address was used and the package was returned to us, we will contact you to reschedule delivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.

GuitarGrip is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If there's a problem with your delivery contact us at info@guitargrip.com and we will do our best to assist you in contacting the shipper and finding a solution to the issue.
